Wellsville Police arrested William O. Colburn, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Franklin Street in the Village of Wellsville. Colburn was processed and arraigned via Skype
in Allegany County Court by Allegany County Court Judge Brown. Colburn was released and is due back in
Allegany County Court at a later date.
