Wellsville Police arrested Philip M. Williams, age 53 of
Wellsville, charging him with Menacing 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Dyke Street on
June 12th. Williams was issued an
appearance ticket and released. Williams
is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 14th at 4:30 p.m.
