COVID-19 Statistic Update
In the United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 2.56 million people, and there have
been over 127,000 deaths. According to the New York State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker, there
have been 392,539 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there have been 24,835 deaths statewide. As of 12:00
p.m. on June 28, Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:
Confirmed Cases: 62
Recovered Cases: 60
COVID-19 Related Deaths: 1
Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 871
Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 836
