Wellsville Police arrested Jason M. Becker, age 33 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd and Criminal Mischief
4th. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on Pleasant Street in the Village of Wellsville. Becker was processed and arraigned via Skype
in Allegany County Court by Allegany County Court Judge Parker. Becker was released and is due back in
Allegany County Court on July 14th at 9:30 a.m.
