6/28/20 10:07pm- During a stop along Trail 1 in the Town of Rushford, State Police arrested Brent M. Sherk, 24, of Hamburg. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was issued tickets for court and released.
6/28/20 10:30pm- During a traffic stop on Bixby Hill Road in Arcade, State Police arrested Dakota M. Jurek of Yorkshire. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated (first offense) and having a BAC above .08%.
6/28/20 4:15pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Village of Arkport, State Troopers arrested Matthew R. Martin, 30, of Hornell. He was charged with criminal mischief.
