On Monday, Trooper Zawol responded to the Robert Moses Bridge for a subject over the railing. Trooper Zawol located the subject and engaged them in conversation. After about 10 minutes, Trooper Zawol reached out his hand and the subject grabbed it and was pulled back over the railing to safety.
