A Belmont woman is facing a felony count stemming from a
fraud complaint in the town of Clarksville. Troopers say they arrested
29-year-old Megan Borg of Belmont. She was charged with felony offering a false
instrument for filing and misdemeanor welfare fraud. She was issued an
appearance ticket for court and released.
