Alfred man faces drug count in Tioga County, NY

During a traffic stop on State Route 17 in the Town of Nichols, Owego-based State police arrested Cailan V. Simpson, 20, of Alfred. He was charged with the misdemeanor crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was processed and released on an appearance ticket for court.
