The Wellsville YMCA is conducting a survey.
At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. The Y has listened and responded to communities’ most critical social needs since its founding, and we are determined to continue addressing those needs. Based on this community needs assessment, the Wellsville YMCA will design and deliver new programs and services that address critical issues in the areas of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Your responses are not individually tracked and are kept confidential. It should take no more than five minutes of your time to complete this survey.
