Wellsville Police charges Dylan C. Irvin, age 20 of
Hinsdale, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor),
for driving with a suspended driver’s license, Unregistered Motorcycle,
Operating without Insurance, Unapproved Protective Helmet and Failed to notify
DMV of change of address. The charges
stem from an incident that took place on Howard Street in the Village of
Wellsville. Irvin was issued traffic citations
and released. Irvin is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on September 24th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, for driving with a
suspended driver’s license. The charge
stems from a traffic stop on Maple Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. Sheridan was issued a traffic citation and
released. Sheridan is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on September 10th at 4:30 p.m.
