9/5/19 3:38am- State Police arrested Michael C. Dostman, 34, of Friendship. He was charged with felony grand larceny involving a vehicle. He was detained on bond. Troopers said the arrest stemmed from a complaint September 1st in Fillmore.
9/4/19 10:24pm- During a traffic stop on Perkins Road in Andover, State Police arrested Jeremy J. McNaughton, 43, of Wellsville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a blood alcohol content above .08% and drinking alcohol in a vehicle on the highway.
