Wellsville Police arrested Terrence J. Labella, age 39 of
Philadelphia, PA, charging his as a Fugitive from Justice, for Probation
Violations out of Butler County Pennsylvania.
Labella was located on North Main Street and taken into custody. Labella was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Labella was committed to the Allegany County Jail without bail pending
extradition to Pennsylvania.
