The 12th annual Lavender Festival will take place rain or shine in Angelica's Park Circle from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. There will be more than 30 vendors, lavender-themed arts and crafts and food. This year's t-shirt helps to raise funds for the festival.
