5/31/19 4:46pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in the town of Wellsville, state police arrested Jami S. Perry, 36, of Friendship. She was charged with first-degree driving while impaired by drugs, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance-7th and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana. Troopers also arrested a passenger, Ricky A. Calhoun, 38, of Friendship. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance-7th and unlawful possession of marijuana. Both will appeared in Wellsville Town court at a later date.
