Wellsville Police arrested Bert D. Greenman, age 61 of
Richland, MO, charging him as a Fugitive from Justice. Greenman was located on Coats Street in the
Village of Wellsville and taken into custody.
Greenman was processed and arraigned before Town of Friendship Justice
Lewis. Greenman was committed to the
Allegany County Jail pending extradition to the State of Missouri.
