Pennsylvania troopers ticket Wellsville man following vehicle crash in March

Coudersport-based state police investigated a one vehicle crash that happened March 21st at 1 a.m. on Honeoye Road in Shinglehouse.
According to state police when they arrived at the crash scene a 2006 Ford Super Duty truck had been abandon. The vehicle had traveled off the road and struck an embankment. Troopers said the vehicle was registered to Timothy Morris, however an investigation revealed that the truck had been sold on March 19th to Dennis W. Hall, 64, of Wellsville. Troopers said in the release that on the night of the crash, Dennis was a passenger in the vehicle driven by Donald F. Hall, 68, of Wellsville. Neither man had been injured in the crash and the vehicle was towed from the scene. State police said they ticketed Donald Hall with failure to immediately notify police of an accident. Troopers say the investigation continues.
