Crystal L. Smith, 40, of Angelica, NY was arrested on Saturday for an outstanding bench warrant from February 29, 20166 from of the Southport Town Court on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and False Personation, both violations. Smith was arraigned by the Southport Town Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail in lieu of bail.
