Bolivar man arrested after fraud investigation

After investigating a fraud complaint filed March 20th in the village of Belmont, state police Tuesday afternoon arrested Joseph R. Fenti, 25, of Bolivar. He was charged with misdemeanor welfare fraud 5th degree and 1st degree falsifying and instrument with intent to defraud, a class E felony. He will answer the charges in court at a later date.
