Aileen R. Hill, 32, Rochester,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree, Non-transparent Side Windows and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on
February 22. Hill was issued an
appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
William M. Bertch, 46,
Scottsville, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd
Degree on February 22. Following LC-CAP
arraignment, Bertch was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash
bail/$1,000 property bond. Bertch will
reply to charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
Yaletskey T. Soler-Vazquez , 18,
and Edwin J. Soler-Vazquez, 21, residents of Mt. Morris, NY, were arrested and
charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd
Degree on February 20. Following LC-CAP
arraignment both were remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $25,000
cash bail and will reply to charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on a later
date.
Trevor K. Young, 21, Dansville,
NY, was arrested February 2, charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child
and two counts of Giving/Selling Alcohol to a Person Under 21 Years of
Age. Young was issued an appearance
ticket to satisfy charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date.
Michael A. Forrester, 18, was
cited for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21 Years of Age on
February 2, and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in
Sparta Town Court on a later date.
Misty E. Nardone, 24, Livonia,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Headlights on February 24. Nardone was issued an appearance ticket to
reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Travis L. Schossow, 32,
Rochester, NY, was charged February 24, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of
a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator. Schossow was issued an appearance ticket to
address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Mariah M. Knox, 27, Rochester,
NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd
Degree and No/Inadequate Plate Lamp on February 24. Knox was released on an appearance ticket to
reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Bonnie J. Montesano, 22,
Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child
and two counts of Giving/Selling Alcohol to a Person Under 21 Years of Age on
February 18. Montesano was released on
an appearance ticket to address charges in Dansville Village Court on a later
date.
Tracy L. Griffin, 37,
Sinclairville, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia
2nd Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence on February 25. Following
LC-CAP arraignment, Griffin was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on
$3,000 cash bail. Griffin will reply to
charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Cerino J. Panipinto, 32,
Livonia, NY, was arrested February 27, charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage
Accident, Failure to Keep Right, Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating a
Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration.
Panipinto will answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Preston S. Blackshear, 29,
Rochester, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on February 25,
and will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Michael G. Swick, 29, Conesus,
NY, was arrested February 23, charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree
and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Swick was remanded to the Livingston County Jail
on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property bond.
Swick will reply to charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.
