Wellsville Police, following an investigation into a DWI
incident that took place on February 23rd, arrested Dakota B. Perry, age 21 of
Bolivar, charging him with Aggravated DWI w/Child (Class E Felony). Perry was transported from the Allegany
County Jail to Wellsville. Perry was
processed and arraigned before Town of Friendship Judge Szucs. Perry was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond. Perry is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on March 5th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested David C. Aikens Jr, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny.
The charges stems from an incident that took place on the Bolivar Road
on February in February. Aikens was processed, issued an appearance ticket and
released. Aikens is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on March 5th at 4:30 p.m.
