3/23/19 1:16pm- During a traffic stop on North Main Street in Almond, state police arrested Michael W. Fasano, 28, of Garnerville. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, controlled substance not in original container and unlawful possession of marijuana. Court action is pending.
3/23/19 3:09pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Belfast, state police arrested Jason R. Stones, 39, of Portageville. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI.
3/23/19 6:55pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Belfast, state police arrested Bailey E. Archibald, 23, of North Tonawanda. She was charged with felony counts of 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and BAC above .08% and a lesser count of driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock. She was held on cash bail. Archibald was further charged with marijuana possession.
