Georgia man charged in Allegany County rape
Bail has been set at $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond for the Georgia man accused in a sexual assault in Scio. The alleged sex crime occurred May 30, 2017. Friday night at 9 p.m., state police arrested Jonathan J. Johnson, 41, of Acworth, Georgia. Troopers charged him with rape involving a physically helpless person...that's a class B felony offense. Johnson was arraigned in court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail.
