On September 8th at approximately 2:15pm following a complaint from a business in the village Cuba Police arrested Amanda Jordan, 32, of Olean. Jordan was charged with petit larceny (Misdemeanor). Jordan was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Jordan is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
