Hornell man faces animal abuse charges

Hornell City Police report the arrest this week of Justin D. Morse, 28, of 153 River Street in Hornell. He was charged with five counts of torturing, injuring or not feeding animals in violation of the Ag and Markets Law. Several dogs and cats were turned over to the Hornell Humane Society.
