Wellsville Police arrested Stephanie E. Blais, age 60 of
Westfield, PA, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd),
failure to yield the right of way making a left turn and unlicensed operator. The charges stem from a property damage traffic
accident that took place on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of
Wellsville. Blais was issued traffic
citations and released. Blais is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 24th at 4:30 p.m.
