Wellsville Police on Saturday arrested Chad M. Mulholland,
48 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of Precursors of
Methamphetamine (Class E Felony). The
charge stems from an incident that took place on Howard Street on June
30th. Mulholland was located on Howard
Street and taken into custody.
Mulholland was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance 7th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana for allegedly being
in possession at the time of arrest.
Mulholland was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville
Village Justice Walsh. Mulholland was
released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 17th at 4:30 p.m.
