Wellsville Police arrested Jack L. Bussard, age 60 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Sale of Marijuana 2nd (Class D Felony)
and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an incident that
took place on North Brooklyn Avenue on June 30th. Bussard was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Bussard was released and
is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 7th at 4:30 p.m.
