7/19/18 7:11pm- After responding to a complaint in the town of New Hudson, state police arrested Joseph D. Woodward, 32, of Cuba. He was charged with 2nd degree menacing with a weapon. He was released on his own recognizance.
7/19/18 8:43pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 9 in Scio, state police arrested John H. MaGee, 29, of Wellsville. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, having a controlled substance not in its original container and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued appearance tickets for court and released.
7/19/18 10:24pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 305 in Portville, state police arrested Rodney M. Hall, 46, of Allegany. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol content above .08%. He was issued tickets for court and released.
