June 27 - Deputies arrested James W.L. Burgess, age 30 of
Erie PA, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Burgess was located at the
County Court Complex, processed, and transported to Allegany County Court where
he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. Burgess is due to
reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
June 27 - Deputies assisted the City of Olean Police
Department with the arrest of Ashley R. Whitman, age 23 of Portville on a Bench
Warrant issued by the City of Olean Court. Whitman, who was being released from
the Allegany County Jail on unrelated charges was processed and turned over to
the Olean Police Department.
