Cuba man charged after property damage crash - corrected

State Police were called to a property damage crash at 12:41 a.m. Sunday on Church Street in the Town of Farmersville. After investigating, Troopers arrested Allan B. Roat, 21, of Cuba. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was released to a third party. Court action is pending.
