8/13/17 1:10am- During a traffic stop on River Road in the Town of Wellsville, State Police arrested Schuyler S. Kling, 22, of Wellsville. He was charged with moving from a lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol content above .08%. He was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
8/12/17 2:32pm- State Police investigated a one vehicle crash on I-390, near mile marker 7, in the Town of Avoca. Troopers listed the drivers as Michael D. Filer, 71, of Shinglehouse, PA. Troopers said one person was injured.
