A Jasper man has been accused of serious sex crimes. On
Wednesday State Troopers said they arrested 47-year-old Thomas Loop. He was
charged with felony counts of 2nd degree rape and 2nd degree criminal sex act
involving a victim under the age of 15. He was held for court.
