Probation for Wellsville woman who drove drunk and crashed

A Wellsville woman who drove drunk and left the scene of a crash will spend time on probation. In court Thursday, Barbara A. Bailey, 52, of Stevens Court, was ordered to serve five years probation. She was also fined $1,000 and must attend a victim impact panel. Bailey was arrested for DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident following an incident in Wellsville February 19, 2017 when she struck Park Plaza Liquor.
