NY State Police Blotter

6/12/17 10am- State Police arrested a 14-year-old name protected boy from Fillmore. He was charged with 3rd degree assault following an incident May 25th in the Village of Angelica. He was taken into custody on Howard Street in Wellsville and issued an appearance ticket.
6/12/17 10:55am- State Police investigated a one vehicle crash on County Road 32 in Almond. The driver was listed as Paul J. Pappas, 57, of Almond.
6/12/17 4:50pm- Two people were arrested after State Police investigated a domestic dispute in the Village of Bolivar. Deborah A. Moier, 60 and Richard K. Zortman, 44, both of Bolivar were charged with two counts each of harassment with physical contact.
6/12/17 3:40pm- A 16-year-old Bath boy was jailed Monday following an incident on Snell Hill Road. State Police said the teenager was charged with felony 2nd degree assault, felony criminal mischief as well as resisting arrest. Arraigned in court, bail was set at $10,000 cash.
6/12/17 6:30pm - A Bath man was arrested Monday evening during a traffic stop on Rumsey Street in the village. Troopers said 35-year-old Ryan Thorius was charged with two counts of felony DWI. Court action is pending.
6/12/17 8:03pm - A Corning man was arrested last night following an incident in the Town of Campbell. State Police said 22-year-old Mikel Beer was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. He was held on cash bail. Meanwhile, a name protected 18-year-old boy from Beaver Dams was also arrested and charged with menacing with a weapon. He was also detained on cash bail.
6/12/17 5:14pm - A domestic dispute landed a Wayland woman at odds with the law. State Police Monday afternoon arrested 23-year-old Tiffani Jaeger. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Court action is pending.
6/12/17 8:31pm- A Hornell man was arrested during a traffic stop on Route 21. State Police said 54-year-old Paul Long is facing a series of charges…they include felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation-alcohol, pot possession, using a vehicle without an ignition interlock and other traffic infractions. He was held on cash bail.
