Belmont man admits to felony crime

A Belmont man will serve a five year probation sentence after pleading guilty in Allegany Court to a felony crime. Michael A. Graham, 47, was originally charged with burglarizing KVR Services on Route 19 in Amity on four separate occasions. In court Tuesday, Graham pleaded guilty to a single count of attempted burglary.
In addition to probation, Judge Thomas Brown ordered Graham to make restitution in the amount of $310. He'll also spend 60 days on SCRAM monitoring plus he'll have to cough up money for a court surcharge and a DNA fee.
