Basile verdict to be issued Thursday

A judge has said he will issue his verdict Thursday following a bench trial involving former Environmental Conservation Officer Ken Basile of Wellsville. Basile faces criminal charges for allegedly tipping off drug dealers of potential law enforcement activity. He sat through a trial last month in Town of Amity court.
