Area railroad company tells people to, basically, stay the Hell off their property, or get arrested

As a child of the 60's in Wellsville, I spent part of my youth enjoying walks along railroad tracks. I never sought to do damage. I was smart enough (thanks parents) to remain alert for trains. Through apparent ignorance as a child and teenager, even young adult, I thought railroad tracks were like highways...you can walk along the side of them, just not the middle.
As time passed, I learned/discovered that railroad tracks are private property.
The Western New York and Pennsylvania Railroad (WNYPA) company 'operates' service through Wellsville and Allegany County...although I can't recall the last time a train whistle tooted through the village with any meaningful purpose. In the past day, WNYPA rail sent out (what I perceived as) a snarky tweet...basically saying...stay the Hell off our property! The rail company often sends out tweets...most are safety related and professional. This last one...laced with attitude (opinion). If you are experiencing a serious mischief issue...issue a press release to media stating your concerns. However, this random tweet reminds me of the elderly person shaking a crooked finger, screaming to kids to 'stay off my lawn!!' This company has nothing to worry about from me...I'll avoid your property at all costs. WNYPA railroad...not your best PR moment.
Maybe a better tweet would have been:
Railroad tracks are private property. For your own safety and the safety of others, please don't trespass. Railroad police are here to keep you safe. Thank you!
