Wellsville Police arrested Margo M. Whitesell, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging her with Assault 3rd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn
Avenue in March of 2017. Whitesell was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Whitesell was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on June 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Jessica P. Seamans, age 22 of
Wellsville, charging her with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle) and Operating a Motor Vehicle while using a Cell Phone. The charges stem from a traffic stop on West
State Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Seamans was issued traffic citations and released. Seamans is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on June 13th at 4:30 p.m.
