5/9/17 3:29pm- State police arrested Ronald R. Webb, 52, of Orchard Park. He was charged with petit larceny following a March 22 incident in the Town of Belfast. He was issued a court ticket and released.
5/9/17 10:51pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Belfast, state police arrested Marcis B. Cline, 32, of Amherst. He was charged with felony 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was released to a third party.
5/9/17 8:52pm- After investigating a domestic dispute, state police arrested Andrew S. Whipple, 34, of Portville. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and preventing an emergency call.
