Livingston County District Attorney Report - May 9, 2017

After presentation by Justin M. Hill, Assistant District Attorney, the following cases were handled in the Livingston County Court before the Honorable Robert B. Wiggins on May 9, 2017.

GERALD B. BRADLEY, age 33, of Pennsylvania, charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (C Felony), Menacing a Police Officer (D Felony), 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor) and Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to an unknown date.

DONNA J. BRIAN, age 59, of York was charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony) and Identity Theft in the First Degree (D Felony). She was arraigned with her attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to July 11, 2017.

ROBERT CANFIELD, age 36, of Irondequoit was arraigned on a violation of probation and the matter was adjourned to May 23, 2017.

CHASE J. FRANCIS-WHIPSET, age 27, of Caledonia pled guilty to Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (E Felony) and the matter was adjourned to August 8, 2017 for sentencing.

STEFFAN JK HAMPSHIRE, age 22, of Nunda, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree (C Felony) and Inadequate Exhaust, appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to June 6, 2017.

ROBERT C. KENDALL, age 33, of North Rose was sentenced on a conviction of Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony) to 6 months incarceration and 5 years probation. He was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, a $520 surcharge, and a $50 DNA fee. His license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device and he was ordered to attend the DWI victim impact panel.

ROBERT G. MALLIOUX, age 46, formerly of Groveland Correctional Facility was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree (D Felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (misdemeanor). He was arraigned with his attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to June 13, 2017.

CAMMY R. ROBINSON, age 39, of Rochester was sentenced on a conviction of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony) to 3 years in state prison plus 2 years post-release supervision. She was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and restitution.

A YOUTHFUL OFFENDER, charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree (D Felony), Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony), and 2 counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (E Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 8, 2017.

ROBERT B. WIEDRICK, age 43, of Dansville was sentenced on a violation of probation to 1 to 3 years in state prison.

MICHAEL W. WILLEY, JR., age 31, of Geneseo was sentenced on a conviction of 4 counts of Burglary in the Second Degree (C Felony) and 5 counts of Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor) on 2 separate indictments, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 7 years in state prison plus 5 years post-release supervision. He was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and restitution.
