On Tuesday May 16th 2017 the Cuba Police Department arrested the following individuals:
Approx. 2 p.m. - Joe D. Wilson, 34, ( Pennsylvania) was arrested and charged with unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance and fugitive of justice. Wilson was arraigned by a Friendship Town Justice and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await extradition.
Approx. 3 p.m. - William Fanton, 42, Cuba, was charged with speeding in zone and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd. Fanton is to appear at a later date.
Approx. 6 p.m. - Shane Kranock, 23, Cuba was charged with violation of probation. Kranock was arraigned by a Cuba Town Justice and released.
Approx. 6:45 p.m. - Jasmin Schurr, 30, Cuba was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic needle. Schurr was processed and released to appear at a later date.
