Lytie A. Harder, 94, of Wellsville, NY, died Thursday, April
6, 2017 in Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville, NY. Born November 24, 1922, in Alma, NY, she was
the daughter of Wilbur and Grace Marshall Hunt.
She was married to Maurice L. Harder, who predeceased her in 1994. Lytie was employed as a nurse’s aide at
Mary’s Nursing Home and Highland Nursing Home.
She was devoted to her family.
Surviving are: five children,
Wayne Harder of Wellsville, Sara (James) Newark of Belmont, NY, Richard Harder
of Wellsville, Kevin Harder, and Ann Harder, all of Wellsville; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three siblings, Loretta Lewis of Whitesville,
NY, Laura Harder of Wellsville, and Lester Hunt of Wellsville; nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her husband, she was
predeceased by a son, Eric Harder; a daughter-in-law, Marie Harder; and seven
siblings. Friends may call at the
Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville, NY on Monday, April 10, 2017 from
1:00 – 3:00 p.m., with Funeral Services following at 3:00 p.m.. Lay speaker Michelle Serra will
officiate. Burial will be in Yorks
Corners Cemetery. Memorials may be made
to Wellsville Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
