4/14/17 3:39pm- State police arrested Keshawna K. Foots, 24, of Buffalo She was taken into custody at the Absolut at Houghton and charged with obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and harassment with physical contact. She was released on her own recognizance.
4/14/17 9:43pm- State police arrested Brett M. Southard, 33, of Troupsburg. He was charged with the felony crime of sexual conduct against a child under the age of 13. The alleged crime was reported at 2 p.m. Friday. He was detained for court action.
