3/3/17 2pm- During a traffic stop on Hess Road in Amity, state police arrested Conan B. Guard, 40, of Newark. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI-1st offense. He was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
3/3/17 9:50pm- State police arrested Brokton M. Ludden, 27 of Belfast. He was stopped on State Route 19 in Scio and charged with felony 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned and jailed on $2,000 bail.
3/4/17 2:43am- During a traffic stop on State Route 19A in Genesee Falls, state police arrested Cody J. Vanbuskirk, 25 of Fillmore. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and speeding. He was processed and released on court tickets.
