On Thursday, Amity-based troopers arrested Jack E. Doxey, 42, of Genesee, New York for Lewdness, Exposure of a Person, Disorderly Conduct, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Troopers responded to a report of a male allegedly exposing
himself to a female neighbor and urinating in public outside a residence on
State Route 417 in the town of Genesee. Their investigation revealed Doxey had allegedly
committed the offenses; He also a small amount of marijuana. Doxey was arrested
and arraigned in Bolivar Town Court. He was remanded to the Allegany County
Jail and is due to appear in Genesee Town Court in October.
