9/12/17 8:03pm- State Police arrested Richard L. DeLude, 37, of Fillmore. He was charged with petit larceny stemming from September 3rd in Allen.
9/12/17 8:27pm- After investigating a domestic dispute, Troopers arrested Christopher J. Chamberlain, 37, of Angelica. He was charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. He was released on his own recognizance.
9/12/17 3:45pm- Dustin J. Layman, 22, of Angelica was charged with felony 2nd degree burglary of a dwelling. The incident occurred in the Town of Amity. Layman was held for court action.
9/12/17 10:55pm- During a traffic stop on Bill Allen Hill Road in Alma, State Police arrested Gregory A. Drake, 22, of Alma. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was released to a third party. Police also arrested a passenger, Stacia N. Farris, 23, of Olean. She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and pot possession. She was released on appearance tickets for court.9/13/17 12:20am- State Police responded to a call of shots fired in Woodhull
last night. After a several hour investigation, troopers traveled to Campbell
where they arrested 74-year-old Ronald Brown of Woodhull. Brown was charged
with felony counts of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. He was
released on his own recognizance.
