4/10/24 9:05 a.m.- After investigating a complaint in
the Town of Wellsville, state police arrested Trisha L. Johnson, 27, of
Angelica. She was charged with endangering an incompetent person and criminal
obstruction of breathing. She was released on a court appearance ticket.
4/10/24 5:50 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the
village of Belmont, state police arrested Timothy J. Osterhout, 32, of Belmont.
He was charged with felony aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle, a lesser
count of DWI and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Court action
is pending.
4/10/24 8:37 p.m.- After responding to a call in
Alma, troopers arrested Sabrina E. Thompson, 24, of Wellsville. She was charged
with four counts of child endangerment and third-degree assault. She was
initially detained.
