A male, age 17 from Wellsville, was arrested for Obstruction
of Governmental Administration in the 2nd degree, Criminal Contempt in the 2nd
degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence following a brief
investigation. The male was issued
appearance tickets for Family Court on 8/19 upon the request of Family
Court.
Christopher N. Vickers, age 30 from Wellsville, was arrested
for Harassment in the 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree and
Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree following an incident which occurred at
an East Fassett Street residence on 8/2.
Vickers was arraigned via Skype in Allegany County Court and released on
his own recognizance.
