NY State Police Blotter

After investigating a stolen vehicle complaint from the town of Olean, State Police arrested 20-year-old Derek Lockwood of Cuba. He was taken into custody in Portville and charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property valued at more than $3,000. He was also charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation. Court action is pending.
