Wellsville Police arrested Rhonda R. Palmer, age 45 of
Wellsville, charging her with DWI and Following too close. The charges stem from a motor vehicle
accident on South Main Street near the Washington Street intersection. Palmer was issued an appearance ticket and
released. Palmer is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on August 18th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested John H. Finch Jr, age 29 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd, for allegedly violating a Court
Order (Order of Protection). Finch was
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Finch is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 14th at 4:30
p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Gerald A. Lombardi, age 84 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street
in the Village. Lombardi was issued an
appearance ticket and released. Lombardi
is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 18th at 4:30 p.m.
